Instructional Technology

The User Services & Instructional Technology (USIT) department of TAMUQ Information Technology Services is responsible for supporting the utilization of technology resources by faculty, staff and students. We fulfill this objective by conducting training activities, providing support by publishing relevant how-to's, providing a fully-staffed Helpdesk, and individual and group consultations.

We are also available to help you analyse your needs, research and evaluate potential solutions and help in the implementation of these resources. Our goal is not only to maximize the utilization of currently available resources but also to  watch for technological developments with the potential for use.
