Helpdesk Statistics

Helpdesk Statistics measure the volume of requests for assistance by faculty, staff, students, and affiliates that are resolved by ITS staff. Additionally, these reports measure the satisfaction of end users and contain benchmarks on staff productivity and efficiency.
